Domestic Energy Efficiency Grants
Warmer Homes Scotland – WHS
The Warmer Homes Scotland scheme provides the installation of fully funded energy efficiency measures for low income / vulnerable households who either own their own property or privately rent.
The property itself needs to have a low energy rating, in council bands A-F and of small to average size. The household should include someone over the age of 75 and be without central heating or at least one member in receipt of qualifying benefits.
Meet the criteria and the Scottish Government will, in most cases, fully meet the cost of key energy efficiency measures.
